When installation stainless steel reaction vessel it should pay attention to the following points, use better operation instrument, it can prolong its service life.

1. Stainless steel high pressure reaction vessel should be placed in the interior. When equipped with many sets of autoclave, it should be placed separately. Each cab is due directly to the outdoors or export channels, it should guarantee the equipment place well ventilated.
2. When install vessel cover, it should prevent the kettle body between the vessel lid sealing surfaces to knock against each other. The strength should be uniform, do not allow the kettle lid tilted to one side, in order to achieve good sealing effect.
3. Positive and negative nut connection place, only allowed turn positive and negative nut, two circular seal face shall not be relatively gyration, all nuts lines connection assembly, should besmear lubricating oil.
4. Seal type needle valve system line, just gently turn the needle valve, compressed the sealing cover, it can achieve good sealing effect.
5. Reaction vessel is by hand plate fixed on the kettle of rotors, to check whether running flexible.
6. Controller should be flat on the operating table, the reaction vessel its working environment temperature is 10 to 40 鈩, relative humidity is less than 85%, the surrounding medium not containing conductive dust and corrosive gas.
7. Check the moving parts on the panel and rear panel and the fixed contact is normal, smoking on cover, check whether the connector contact is loose, if there is damage caused by transportation and storage or rust of reaction vessel.
8. After the operation, can be natural cooling, cold over the cooled or water in bracket. When the temperature drop, and then released in the kettle with pressurized gas, the pressure to atmospheric pressure (pressure gauge shows zero), equal main nut symmetric unscrew again, then remove the nut, and then carefully remove the vessel cover, placed in the bracket.
9. After each operation, remove the reaction kettle body, cover kettle residue. The main sealing mouth should often clean and keep clean, don't allow wiping or roughing surface with good thing.
